On Thursday November 21

a $9.99 per person special

PRE Thanksgiving Dinner menu in additional to the the new revised dinner menu.

2011 Mardis Gras Menu

In celebration of Mardis Gras, UUBU 6 is now offering our special dinner menu during March 2011.

Dinner will be served:

Saturday, March 5th
Monday, March 7th
and Tuesday, March 8th

Featuring entrees such as:

Frog Legs with Brown Corn Sauce

and

Virginia Spots with Lemon Caper Butter

Valentine's Day Special

On Thursday February 10th through Monday the 14th 2011 UUBU6 will be offering our Valentine's Day Special Menu.

The Dinner is a Four Course Meal featuring:

Midwest Prime Rib
Au Jus and Teriyaki Salmon with Oven Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Seasoned with Roemary & Garlic and Broccoli

 

Pricing will be set at $65 for 2 people plus tax and gratuity.

February Dinner Menu

Thanksgiving Menu

On Thursday November 25th beginning at Noon:

UUBU 6 Presents our 4th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner. Featuring a Four Course Prix-Fixe Menu as well as an a la cart offering.

UUBU6 Restuarant will be open Thanksgiving from 12 Noon to 8 p.m.

February 2010 - Valentine's Dinner

Turkey Dinner with Stuffing and Cranberry, Plus Choice of Salad, Choice of Soup, and Choice of Dessert. 

Open Noon to 8 pm with seatings at Noon, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm and 7 pm.

Adult price is $33.95 per person plus Tax and Gratuity.

No other discounts or special media dining deals apply to this special price.

Wednesday Sept 2, 2009 - UUBU 6 at Savor Pittsburgh

UUBU 6 will be attending the Fourth Annual Savor Pittsburgh Event, where a collection of Pittsburgh’s finest chefs will come together on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 to share their favorite recipes in an all-out competition for coveted “Dish of the Year” honors.

Our menu will be Avocado-Maine Shrimp, Corn Tian – with Micro Greens, Wasabi-Maple Dressing as an appetizer and for the main course, Braised Veal Cheek over Heirloom Tomato with Portobello Mushroom Barley

Michael addresses the naming of UUBU 6 while providing background information about the restaurant's heritage. Horacio discusses the weekly wine flights which make UUBU 6's winelist one of the most renown in the region.
